At UK Production We're always looking to improve and innovate, The solutions we bring to market, over the years we've added many features a recent addition was a complete fibre optic signal management. This was brought in to enhance the image reproduction and remove some techincal issues we've observed in certian locations. As part of the TOM (technical organisational management) process we follow to ensure our partnership with the historical and speacial interest venues are adequately protected.

Recent events and technical solutions
UK Production Supports a large number of charities, one of which is the Cornish Air Ambulance Service. During 2022 a private fund raiser helped secure funding for the vital work of the Cornish Air Ambulance by raising a staggering 100K. The evening of fine dining, celebrating local Cornish produce held in a secret location. Overlooking the beautiful Padstow bay, was the culmination of the Air Ambulance Festival, UK Production helped and supported this evening by supplying Audio Visual and Production support. As well as lighting design, venue dressing, additional event services and the crew needed to make the function the success it was.
Production Lead Carl Wackan remarked "This was a very nice function to work on, firstly the location was stunning, the weather superb and the charity organisers so pleased that we offered our help into such a remote location."
He continued
"While technically not the most complex evening the remote location proved to be a very interesting, threw up a few interesting challenges we overcame to deliver the much anticipated evening.! The Clients have already confirmed us, for another similar event. We look forward to being of service to them in the coming years.

At UK Production When asked what do we really do, well we bring a certain degree of magic to any function. During the Summer our client asked if we bring something unusual to a private function.

UK Production was asked to create a technical solution for a private event. This comprised of providing all the technical services needed ranging from Event Security, Event Power, Zoned off regions of interest which changed through the course of the function, giving the guests new and exciting things to see and be a part of. The highlight was the firefly glade which we transformed from a installation art piece into an interactive expirience.
Production Lead Carl Wackan remarked "This was a real pleasure to work on, as our clients just gave the simple brief "make this event one you would like to attend!" The location was ours to dress as we thought best, the weather could not have been better. We added everything we could think of to make the evening a visual delight.
He continued
"It's such a pleasure to be given a budget and creative direction to achieve another level of creative and service level. We really needed the extra 2 days in the build to test everything, checking and adjusting each area to be just so. As quickly as the hours seemed to pass that evening we handed the location back to the owners at Little Dower House in Windsor

Production Solutions
At UK Production, When asked what do we really do, well really spend time planning the event in minute details. This was a clockwork install of Set, Stage, Power, Lighting, Sound and Video on a huge scale. With a full band rehearsal, visual cue to cue run through as we needed to plan this into the function as it included live broadcast events, relays and other elements that required some very indepth thinking to realise them into being.

UK Production was asked to create a technical solution for a private celebration. This comprised of providing all the technical services needed ranging from Design and Build, Lighting design, install and programming as well as a content delivery solution and Multi-Cameras shoot, mix, relay and record.
Production Lead Rob Milner remarked "This was a really challenging piece of work, as it was both very time constrained, the venue had other clients in before our access slot. our clients had a very filled evening and there needed to be a full rehearsal of the acts to get our camera angles set. The simple solutions was a two crews, one to build and one to run the event, which cna be a challenge especially when you add Covid prevention into the technical brief.
He continued
"It too several meetings to really give a set of rules to the project. Which we then setup to delivery, the evening ran like clock work, which goes to show that plenty of planning can really save time and effort once onesite as we'd build several contingency plans into the install, rehearsal and live event...!"
